I’m reaching out for advice!

Lately I’ve been lacking not so much on energy, just with strength. Maybe it’s just motivation? Sometimes I feel weak when I do work out or run (which could be because of my cut on carbs lately). 

Who has tips, advice, or an explanation? Or does someone feel the same way?

i AM going to work out before class! even if i’m crunched for time… NO EXCUSES.
